Return & Exchange Policy – Knotworks

At Knotworks, every piece is handmade with care — from the first loop of yarn to the final knot. Because each item is uniquely crafted, we maintain a mindful and limited return policy to protect the integrity of our work and ensure fair handling for both our makers and customers.


Return Eligibility

You may request an exchange only in the following cases:
• You received the wrong color or item.
• You received the wrong size (if applicable to wearable items).

To be eligible, your piece must meet the following conditions:
• It must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All tags, packaging, and branding must be intact.
• The request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or payment proof) is required.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Because every Knotworks piece is handmade and made-to-order:
Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
Custom and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering with tags will not qualify.
• Requests made after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.


Exchange Policy

If your request meets the eligibility criteria, you can exchange your piece for the correct size or color (depending on availability).
• Exchanges are subject to our quality check.
• Customers are responsible for all return and reshipment shipping costs.
• No cash, store credit, or refunds will be issued.

• Full Name
• Order Details
• Reason for Exchange (wrong item, size, or color)
• Desired replacement details

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with the next steps.
