At Knotworks, each order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure your handmade piece reaches you safely and beautifully.

Delivery Time

We aim to deliver all orders across Pakistan within 3–7 business days.
Orders are processed within 2–3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping rate of PKR 300 applies to all orders nationwide.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Payment Methods

Knotworks currently offers two secure payment options for your convenience:

1. Bank Deposit
You may complete your order by transferring the payment directly to our bank account. Bank details will be provided at checkout or shared by our team upon request. Please send a screenshot or receipt of the transaction to confirm your payment.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
For customers who prefer paying at the time of delivery, we offer Cash on Delivery for all eligible locations across Pakistan. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel and make the payment upon arrival.
