Welcome to Knotworks. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully, as they outline how we operate and what you can expect when shopping with us.

1. General Conditions

Knotworks reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access if necessary.

2. Product Information

All Knotworks items are handmade, which means slight variations may occur. Colors may differ slightly depending on your device’s display settings. While we aim to provide accurate descriptions and photos, minor differences may exist.

3. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may delay, refuse, or cancel an order if:

  • The item is out of stock,

  • Payment is incomplete or unverified,

  • Information provided is inaccurate,

  • There is suspected fraudulent activity.

If an order is cancelled after payment, we will notify you with next steps.

4. Pricing & Availability

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
As a handmade brand, product availability may vary. Delays can occur due to production timelines, material availability, or courier operations.

5. Payment Terms

Knotworks offers two payment options:

  • Bank Deposit: Customers must send proof of payment to proceed with order processing.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment is made upon receiving the parcel, available for eligible areas.

Knotworks may restrict COD for custom or high-value orders.

6. Shipping

We ship throughout Pakistan using reliable courier partners. Delivery typically takes 1–7 business days, but this may vary due to location, weather, or courier workload.
Knotworks is not responsible for delays caused by external factors or incomplete/incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

7. Returns & Exchanges

As detailed in our Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Knotworks does not offer refunds.

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size or color issues.

  • Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

Custom-made and sale items are final and not eligible for exchange.

8. Prohibited Uses

By using our site, you agree not to:

  • Engage in unlawful activities,

  • Attempt to breach or disrupt website security,

  • Submit false information or fraudulent orders,

  • Upload or transmit harmful code, malware, or spam,
